Welcome to Our School
Welcome to Everbrook Academy of Minnetonka! We're a 21st century preschool and early learning center. We serve families located in Minnetonka, Hopkins, and Eden Prairie.
Our school offers programs for Infants, Toddlers and Twos, Early Preschool, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten. We also offer school age full day programs for the summer before Kindergarten. At Everbrook, we strive to mold inquisitive young minds with hands-on STEAM learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math. In addition to basic school readiness, we focus on helping children to be creative, to communicate, to collaborate with others, and to be critical thinkers. We are also proud to include Spanish as part of our Preschool and PreK curriculum.

Mandee Vaughan, Principal
Education: Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from MSU Mankato, pursuing MS in Special Education from MSU Mankato
Certifications: Emotional and Behavior Disorders, EMT-I, Literacy Instruction
Hi! I am Mandee, the Principal at Everbrook Academy in Minnetonka. I have been with Everbrook since early 2020 and have enjoyed various roles within our school while creating a safe and nurturing environment for our students. My passion is education and connection, and I believe that each individual can experience growth to their highest potential when they find their education community! I am an east coast native, but currently reside in the northern suburbs with my husband and kids.

I am Alex Rankin--the School Education Manager at Everbrook Academy of Minnetonka. I have been with Everbrook since 2021 as the lead teacher in the PreK classroom and was promoted to School Education Manager in early 2023. I enjoy implementing exciting and engaging curriculum throughout our school.
