Welcome to Our School
Welcome to Everbrook Academy in Waxhaw, NC. Our STEAM curriculum brings the world into every classroom. Here, your child will discover integrated, hands-on learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math.
We offer premium Infant and Toddler care, Preschool and Pre-K, and Junior Kindergarten programs. Our school is so much more than a day care! Every teacher in every classroom uses the same set of developmental milestones to observe and assess each child’s learning and growth. Through our unique Cycle of Intentional Planning, teachers use these assessments—as well as knowledge of the children’s interests—to customize weekly lesson plans. This way, learning goals are personalized for every child!
We also broaden each child's learning through Curiosity Cadets. This program features four enrichment experiences throughout the year. In addition, we offer several elective programs to introduce children to a variety of experiences (Spanish, yoga, and more) beyond the daily classroom curriculum.
In The Brook, our all-ages community activity room, you’ll find an interactive virtual playground, books and cozy reading nooks, and STEAM zones for robotics, coding, and more. Step outside and discover some outdoor fun with our playground and age-appropriate playscapes. STEAM-inspired play systems and components help children to develop their skills and abilities while having fun.

I have been in the early childhood field for eight years now and absolutely love working with and educating young minds. I am a wife and mother to two precious little ones. I am honored to be the Principal here at Everbrook of Waxhaw and look forward to overseeing the education and safety of our building. Here at Everbrook Waxhaw we work hard to create a unique and safe learning environment to foster the learning of children at a young age.

I am the Administrative Assistant at Everbrook. I have two kids James (4) and Paisley (2) and am expecting my third. I have an associate's degree in History and am working towards my bachelor's. I have been working in the Early Childhood Education field for almost five years at Everbrook for almost three of those years. When I'm not here at school I am spending time with my family, or baking! I love working at such an amazing school and look forward to continuing to help grow our school!
