Welcome to Everbrook Academy, a preschool, daycare, and early learning center here in Aurora, CO!

Certifications: State Certified Large Center Director, Infant Nursery Supervisor Qualified, CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration
Hi! I am so excited to be the Principal at Everbrook! I started here in July 2023 but have been working in early childhood education since 1998, and am very passionate about it. I was born and raised in Montana. I am married and have three grown boys, a wonderful daughter in law, two grandchildren, and two black labs. I love riding motorcycles, camping, and spending time with my family! I am excited to welcome you to our Everbrook Family!

Hi! I am Karen Powell, the School Education Manager here at Everbrook Academy in Aurora. I have been in Early Childhood Education since 1979! I have 30+ years of experience as a director, as well as previously owning my own infant and toddler center. After all this time, I am still passionate about teaching and shaping young minds. I enjoy the warm weather months that allow me to hike and spend time with my grandkids by the pool. I am a HUGE Disney fan and dog lover!
